Health Coaching & Therapy
Health coaching and therapy can be in-house or online; bespoke or in group sessions. We coach people to become autonomous and learn the skills to a) overcome their health issues and b) be in control of their own health for good. Our holistic approach covers supplementation, nutrition, postural alignment and of course clinically proven biofeedback from Russia.

We run a series of workshops and webinars throughout the year covering various topics including pain-relief, nutritional excellence, reversing various health conditions
